THE REGULATIONS

OF “THE GDAŃSK SHAKESPEARE THEATRE

ONLINE TICKET SALE SYSTEM”- hereinafter “the Regulations”

 

1. The condition of using the "The Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre Online Ticket Sale System” (hereinafter “the "System") is:

 1) accepting these Regulations, which is also a declaration of will and constitutes a legal commitment between the Buyer and the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre based in Gdańsk, Bogusławskiego Street 1 (hereinafter “the Theatre"), NIP 5833013408, REGON 220561538, the Organizer of the events;

2) the completion of the required procedures of making reservations and purchasing tickets on the www.bilety.teatrszekspirowski.pl website.

a) before making a purchase the Buyer must fill out a form, specifying his/her personal data or register in the online ticket sale system,

       b) select an event, a date and quantity of tickets,

c) check the data and confirm sending the order,

d) pay for the order via Przelewy24 payment system,

e) print the online ticket on white paper,

f) having a printed ticket and showing it to control is a necessary condition for entering the auditorium.

2. After selecting tickets from the website’s offer, the Buyer will be redirected to a secure website of the Przelewy24 payment system, where he/she should choose the payment method. Payments are handled by electronic transfers and credit cards. The unpaid reservation is cancelled after 30 minutes. Before submitting bank transfer details or the credit card number, the Buyer is obliged to make sure that he/she is on the Przelewy24 payment system website and that the connection is encrypted (the website address should start with "https: //"). The Theatre is not responsible for any consequences of submitting the bank transfer details or the credit card number on other websites. PayPro S.A., in accordance with its regulations, is responsible for implementation and security of the transactions completed on the PayPro S.A. Przelewy24 payment system website.

3. In the event of an unsuccessful transaction, seats are blocked for 30 minutes. However, in the case of a successful transaction and not receiving an online ticket, please contact the Customer Service via the following e-mail address: bow@teatrszekspirowski.pl.

4. Ticket prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Persons making the payment via a foreign bank should take into account banking intermediation costs, as only full payment within the prescribed period guarantees completion of the order by the theatre.

5. To receive a VAT invoice it is necessary to select the option of its issuing when placing the order. To receive an invoice with a receipt, a request containing the Buyer’s data, the order number and receipt number should be sent to the following e-mail address: bow@teatrszekspirowski.pl.

6. By registering in the System, the Buyer agrees to the storage and processing of personal data by the Theatre, the purpose being the completion of the order, the necessary contact with the Buyer, and other activities necessary for the functioning of the System. Any personal data received by the Theatre as part of the ticket sale are used for the performance of the tickets sale agreement, as well as, with the consent of the person that provides the personal data, processing of the personal data by the Theatre for marketing and advertising purposes, and receiving commercial information via e-mail to the address indicated. The provisions specified in the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws, 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) and the Act of 18 July, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws, 2002, No. 144, item 1204) shall be retained. The received personal data shall not be released to third parties. Any person providing his/her personal data has the right to access, as well as correct and update them under the conditions set out in the abovementioned Act on the Protection of Personal Data. The Theatre is the personal data controller.

7. The Theatre is not responsible for the consequences of providing false or misleading data in the order form.

8. The Theatre is not responsible for any data transmission interference during making a purchase.

9. The Buyer can at any time check the status of his/her order by logging in on the www.bilety.teatrszekspirowski.pl website.

10. The System allows purchasing a ticket at the latest 4 hours before the performance. Please come to the Theatre box office within less than 4 hours to the performance. The Theatre reserves the right to complete the online ticket sale at any time without giving any reason.

11. The inability to purchase a ticket via the System does not mean lack of tickets in the Theatre box office.

12. Promotional tickets can be purchased only at the Theatre box office. Discount tickets are available for school children, students, teachers, pensioners and disabled people. Discount tickets without the documentation that certifies the right to the discount shall not entitle to enter the auditorium. The Buyer should go to the box office and pay a supplement.

13. The Theatre reserves the right to make changes in the repertoire.

14. Tickets purchased via the System can be returned or exchanged only in the case of performance cancellation or changes in the repertoire. In such case, the reimbursement for the ticket purchased via the System is made to the account from which the transaction was completed. In the case of cards, the reimbursement is made to the card account on the following day after the performance cancellation or the change in the repertoire.

15. Online tickets may not be copied or tampered with.

16. Information on the repertoire, stages, prices, discounts, special offers, opening hours of box offices, and other are published on the www.teatrszekspirowski.pl website.

17. Tickets can be returned 3 days before the planned event at the latest. Reimbursement can be made by sending the order realisation e-mail (including the attachments – the receipt and the tickets) to the following address: bow@teatrszekspirowski.pl. The money will be transferred to the account from which the purchase was made.

18. Those who arrive late will not be allowed to enter the auditorium. In such case, refunds and ticket exchange shall not be possible.

19. Pursuant to the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 26 July 2010, the ticket sale in terms of order and payment via the Internet is not subject to fiscalization, therefore the Buyer does not receive a fiscal receipt.
